Warranty Policy

 ONEPLACE Return, Refund and Warranty Policy

We thank you for trusting ONEPLACE. Our goal is to make your shopping experience completely hassle-free. We guarantee that every product sold on ONEPLACE is brand new and unused. If you have received a “Damaged” or “Not Genuine” product, you can file a complaint. We will contact you within 7-10 days of receiving your complaint.

Return Policy:

  • Manufacturing Defects: We offer a 3-day replacement in case of any manufacturing defect.
  • Counterfeit Product: You must notify us within 24 hours if the product is not genuine.
  • Wrong or Used Product: If the delivery provider delivers you a physically damaged, used or completely different product, you must inform us while the delivery man is present. Alternatively, you must provide an unboxing video of the product where the OnePlace/brand’s sealed box is clearly visible. No complaint will be accepted without an unboxing video.
  • Non-Description: If the product is completely different from the description on the website or in the picture, you must contact us within 24 hours. The product must be unused and the box must be sealed. Complaints will not be accepted if the box is opened.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you must inform us within 24 hours. In this case, the product and packaging must be completely intact and sealed (Unopened).
  • Campaigns/Offers: No return or exchange policy applies to offered or discounted products. So think carefully before ordering.

Special Note:

 The manufacturer is responsible for the quality of the product. Since we are not the manufacturer, no product is returned solely for quality reasons.

  • The product must be in like-new condition. If there are any additional scratches or dirt, it will not be accepted.
  • Software related issues (bugs, updates) are not covered by our support policy.
  • Update: Any issues or updates that occur due to software updates will not be resolved under the support policy.
  • Once the product is unsealed, it will no longer be refundable.
  • If you cancel the order after the product has been shipped, you will be required to pay the delivery charge.
  • There is no exchange facility.
  • Minor errors in the appearance or description of the product that are not of great importance will not be considered a complaint.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe packaging when returning the product. ONEPLACE will not be responsible if the product is damaged during return shipping.
  • Customers are invited to visit our Dhaka office for prompt assistance in case of any issues.

Refund Policy:

We will issue a refund if: 1. We are unable to provide a substitute. 2. You cancel your order before the product ships. 3. You request a refund but the product is out of stock.

Refund Notes:

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 15 days after the return is processed.
  • Credit Card: If you pay by credit card, it takes 7-10 business days for the bank to issue a refund (depending on the bank).
  • Mobile Banking (BKash/Rocket): The money will reach your given account within 7-10 working days.
  • No partial payment or pre-order payment is refundable if the order is canceled after the product is shipped.
  • If the customer wants to cancel the order after receiving the payment, a penalty of 1000 taka will be deducted; he will not get a cash refund, but he can buy any other product with the remaining balance.

Warranty Policy:

 Brand Warranty:

  • Let us know within the warranty period.
  • We will contact the brand or seller (may take 10-15 working days).
  • To claim the warranty, the box and all accessories must be submitted. If there is any physical damage or scratches, the warranty will not apply.
  1. Replacement Warranty:

 Applicable only to manufacturing defects.

  • Replacement is available only once during the entire warranty period.
  • The product must be returned in pristine condition. Any scratches or dents will be considered out of the policy.
  • Replacement or problem resolution takes 3-4 weeks. This timeframe must be agreed upon before ordering.
  1. OnePlace Warranty:
  • Applicable only to manufacturing defects (must be reported within 3 days).
  • 1 time replacement during the entire period.
  • The warranty period will start from the date of receipt of your product.
  1. Service Warranty:

Applicable only to manufacturing defects. The warranty period is valid from 7 days to 1 year from the date of receipt of the product (may vary from product to product).

Service Charge: The service charge for repairs is completely free.

Parts Charge: If any new parts are required for repairs, the full cost will be borne by the customer. The customer will be informed of the cost and consent will be obtained before replacing the parts.

Service Warranty Terms:

  • A proof of purchase or invoice must be submitted for warranty claims.
  • The service warranty will not apply if there is any physical damage, scratches or external injury.
  • Any prior repairs by an unauthorized person or service center will void the warranty.
  • Damage caused by water, fire or voltage fluctuations is not covered under warranty.
  • Service may take 3 to 15 business days to complete.
  • Service is available only once during the entire warranty period.
